Licensing Service. The House for Duty Assistant Curate, the Revd. David Senior will be licensed on Tuesday, 29th May at 7.30pm at All Saints Church, Pocklington. Members of all congregations within our group of churches are asked to come along to welcome and support David and his wife, Carole, as they join our Ministry Team on this special day.

8th Annual Pocklington
Flying Man Festival 25th, 26th, 27th May, 2012 There will be the usual packed programme of entertainment and refreshments – including the return of the air show by the vintage aircraft from Breighton and all the usual attractions such as the abseiling, flying teddies, bungee trampolining and the cafe. The Opening Ceremony and hog roast is on Friday, 25th May at 7pm at Burnby Hall Gardens. There will be music by “The Woldgate College Choir” and Olivia Rooks and the Waddington Triplets, Stars of Pock Idol. Tickets are £10 each and are available from Jonathan and Ruth Mardall (tel: 01759 306442). The Flying Man Quiz will take place in Pocklington Arts Centre at 7.00pm on the evening of Saturday 26th May. Tickets and more information from Patrick and Hilary Bullock 01759 301772.
